Happy May Day! Spring fishing has been prime pretty across the board and we hope you've been capitalizing. Few people and lots of fish tend to make for a great shoulder season.

The Snake River in Jackson has had an epic Skwala hatch as of late with fish sitting where you'd see them mid summer. Sadly the Snake has now blown out.

The South Fork of the Snake has been fishing great with sub-surface action off the charts. Attractor patterns such as worms, rubber legs and any other trash bugs you can think of have been highly successful as fish are hungry coming out of winter. There has also been some success with BWO nymphs. We recommend short 4 - 5 ft rigs with lots of weight in the riffles and shelves with longer lighter rights better on the slow inside bends. The streamer bite has also been great particularly in the shallow tailouts and the slow inside bends.

The Green river has been fluctuating so conditions are changing daily to day. This makes the fishing different on a day to day basis. However, if you catch it where flows haven't changed or are declining the action has been more consistent so check the flo's before ya go's.
