At Westbank Anglers, we are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience, including fast, reliable shipping for all orders. Please read the details of our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information where applicable.
Shipping Methods and Rates
- We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including:
- Economy Shipping (5-8 business days)
- Standard Shipping (3-4 business days)
- Priority Shipping (1-2 business days)
- Shipping rates are calculated based on a flat rate. For oversized items ( items larger than 25 inches ) , additional fees may be applied.
Domestic Shipping
- We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times may vary based on the destination.
- Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address during checkout.
International Shipping
- We currently do not over international shipping.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.
- Please note: tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update once the shipment is processed.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections before your order is shipped.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Westbank Anglers takes great care in packaging all items securely. In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@westbankanglers.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
