The most recent system to hit the area was the largest storm in Jackson Hole has seen in the last 31 years, since 1986! The good news out of all of this is that our snowpack is already approaching its annual average, which means that we will have plenty of cold and clear water for a healthy summer season in 2017. Although there is snow in the forecast for the next week, the days are getting longer and we can feel winter slowly but surely loosening it’s grip. Warmer temperatures and spring fishing are not too far away. Give us a call or stop in the shop to talk spring fishing opportunities in our area and across the rocky mountain west.
