March 15, 2016
After a warm end to February, and an even warmer start to March, winter has returned with snow and cold weather this week. Fishing was good there for a bit, but as Mother Nature brings winter back, things might slow down on the fishing side. It is March however, and with March comes warm afternoons, and good pre run off fishing. I suspect once this cold front moves through, we will be exchanging our skis for waders. We will keep you posted as things start to warm up again.
We have made some changes on our online store. We are in the process of updating it as we speak, with the latest products, and a brand new look. Be sure to check it out when any day now we announce that it is up and running. shop.westbank.com.
It is that time of the year when people are starting to book their summer trips. Guides are getting booked pretty fast, while we are still trying to predict when our spring runoff will subside, and the rivers are ready to fish. We are taking bookings as we speak. I always tell our clients the sooner the better, so they can get the guide, and day of their choice. Call us to book ! 1800-922-3474
Here at Westbank Anglers we are ready to thaw out from the winter and get on the water. We are excited for the 2016 season. The Jackson Hole valley has had a decent amount of moisture for this winter so we are expecting some great conditions. We will keep you updated on water flows, and conditions as the spring moves on. Always feel free to call us, and check www.westbank.com weekly with the most recent river reports.
